Well, not full curtains, but cafe curtains. We finally got all the correct pieces and Malcolm hung up the U-shaped rod in the couch slide. Val hung the cafe curtains on the rod. Looks pretty good.
While shopping at Ikea (where we found the curtain material and rod hardware), Val found some matching pattern light shades which we put on the kitchen pendant lamps.
The only part of the trailer that we haven’t finished window treatments is the opposing (recliner) slide in the living room. We have all the parts and will probably complete that side in the next couple of days.
Looks great! How is the rod secured to the ceiling of the slide-out?
I will take more pictures when I hang the other rod. Easier to show in pictures than to describe in words.
Nice!! Since you are not to far from Victoria, TX for the next few weeks, can I bring my BH to George Town for a curtain overhaul? Just kidding. The trailer looks very homely, if that is still a good phrase, with the new curtains and kitchen area lighting. Regards, Jim Hutt
