Haven’t posted a regular blog post all week. It should be obvious that we’ve been spending a lot of time this week on modifications to the trailer. Other than the new living room flooring, the new kitchen flooring and the new landing gear pads, we’ve been doing a few other things.

We’ve sampled a couple of the restaurants around town. One is Shrimp Boat Manny’s, which has some really good cajun cuisine. It was a nice little find. We’ve passed it many times but decided to try it one evening. Definitely recommended.

The other restaurant we like is Joe’s Italian Grill Restaurant. We’ve eaten there on our previous trip to Livingston and have eaten lunch there twice this week. Very good food.

Other than modifications, shopping for items for modifications, eating out and laundry, we haven’t done much else since we got our license plates and drivers licenses. Tomorrow morning, we pack up and head down to Houston. Malcolm will be working in the Houston office next week.

Almost forgot to mention: we had a nice rainbow show up this afternoon.
