Yesterday we did a little last-minute grocery shopping and Val cooked the Turkey (breast) in advance of Thanksgiving morning.

This morning, Val fixed all the various dishes and David and two of his airmen friends came over around noon. We ate a hearty Thanksgiving dinner, then sat around and chatted or napped, in Malcolm’s case. It was a great dinner and the airmen seemed to appreciate having a place to go and enjoy a home-cooked meal.

David and his buddies headed off to see what might be open, store-wise. We puttered around the trailer and took it easy the rest of the evening.
