Current Location: Whispering Meadow RV Park, Westlake, Louisiana

Well, it’s been another week since our last post. Malcolm worked all week this past week. On Friday at noon we took the rental car back and did some stuff around the trailer the rest of the afternoon. This morning we packed up and headed down the road a couple hours east.

We landed here in Westlake, which is outside of Lake Charles, shortly after lunch time today. We are here for an overnight and to visit our friends Andy and Joanna Grimes again. After getting set up, we headed down to their trailer to visit for a couple hours. We loaded up into the Grimes’ truck and headed out to dinner, then got a tour of the Lake Charles area on the way back to the campground.

We’re heading on east, then north over the next few days, ultimately landing in Lexington, Kentucky on Wednesday.
