Location: Douglas KOA, Douglas, Wyoming

After leaving the Denver area, we went as far as Douglas, Wyoming and stayed overnight in the KOA there. We’ve stayed here before and not much has changed. It is a nice campground with lots of long sites. We were placed down in the corner near the horse pasture, which Malcolm liked. The horses preferred the other end of the pasture, though, so no bucolic views of horses grazing outside the back window.

The only “sightseeing” we did was to head into town and get groceries and fuel at the Safeway. Other than that, it was just relaxing and resting.
